Reference “IHEA Annual Meeting” when making your reservation in order to receive group discount. When making the reservation, individuals will be required to pay a deposit equal to one night rental. Rooms are $119 per night. Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will be billed for the entire stay. The block of rooms will be reserved until Monday May 3, 2010. However we may fill up the entire hotel before this date so make your reservations early. However note that you are required to pay a deposit equal to one night rental when making your reservation. Room rate is good from three nights before the conference to three nights after the conference. Feel free to spend some extra time to visit this amazing part of the Rocky Mountains! Free internet and free parking. 

Best arrival airport is Denver International Airport (DIA)

Hotel is about a 1.5 hour drive from the airport. Transportation to and from the airport is attendee’s responsibility. We recommend that you arrange your flight schedule so that you can share a rental car with others. 

Driving directions from DIA to The Stanley Hotel 

Take Pena Blvd toward airport exit. Take E-470 N (toll road), exit 6B 
Merge onto E-470 N 
Merge onto I-25N/US-87 N. towards Ft. Collins 
Take the CO-66, exit number 243 to Lyons 
Turn left onto CO-66 to Estes Park, Continue to follow CO-66 
CO-66 becomes HWY 36W 
Follow HWY 36 to Estes Park 
Stay straight at St. Vrain/HWY 7 stop light and Elkhorn/HWY 36 onto E. Wonderview Ave. 
Take second right into Stanley Hotel
