Collect and coalesce IHEA Executive Board member suggested Constitution and By-Laws revisions into single document, work with Carol Bambery IHEA/AFWA General Counsel to reach consensus on proposed IHEA/AFWA Working Group constitution/by-law revisions before AFWA conference, present result of IHEA/AFWA negotiations to IHEA Board for consideration and approval, seek input from and communicate any proposed changes to membership in advance of 2012 IHEA conference for possible ratification and adoption at 2012 IHEA business meeting.
