Gun Safety Innovations offers Hunter Education instructors a discount on the Gunslinger.

Gun Safety Innovations (GSI), a Michigan based manufacturer of hunting safety products believes in hunter education and wants to support those who teach other hunters how to be safe.  Because of their interest in hunter education, GSI has entered into a partnership with the IHEA to offer Hunter Education instructors a discount on their primary product, the Gunslinger. 

The Gunslinger is designed to provide a safe way for a hunter to raise and lower his or her gun when entering and exiting a tree stand.   It also secures the gun while hunting is in progress.  The Gunslinger is designed to ensure that, should the gun slip or fall, it will fall barrel down.  This helps to prevent possible injuries due to accidental discharge.  The Gunslinger also helps protect the gun from harm, helping to prevent possible damage from impact with the ground.

The Gunslinger is easy to set up and simple to use.  It is made of durable nylon fabric in olive drab.  Included with the Gunslinger is a handy waterproof carrying pouch.  The carrying pouch is hunter orange, and can be used to tag a deer or signal for help in the event of an emergency.  All together, the Gunslinger and carrying pouch weigh less than 12 ounces and can be conveniently clipped to a belt.
